Outlook Contacts blocked

I upgraded to IE7 have imported and patched everything through the help of
the "Geek Squad" but my Contacts are not getting accessed into the "select
Names" box when I try to email. The Contacts are all there and the
"distribution lists are there as subfiles but when I click on the "TO" to
address an email the "select names" box comes up completely blank. How do I
import back in to that box everything that used to be in that box before IE7?
By the way I'm not too techie so please keep this in mind. It took me a
month to get Outlook back up again. I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003 SP2
with all the updates.
