Hi Jonathan,
You can't sync custom fields using WMDC and Outlook. The device just doesn't
support it. Earlier there was a product called Intellisync which would allow
you to map custom fields to one of the existing fields on the phone and thus
be able to get the information on the device however that product has been
discontinued and therefore not aware of any other app which can do the same.
What information does your custom field contain?
