Outlook dumps my password

My Wife and I are running windows XP on two new Vista based laptops. Once
the machines are shutdown and powered up again they both dump the mail
password regardless of how the "save password " options are configured.

Help! Thanks!

Are you using Outlook 2002? I take it by Windows XP you mean Office XP. This
is a known problem with no workarounds other than upgrading to a newer
version of Outlook.
