Outlook Email + Pop3 email issue

Why is my outlook email separate from my pop3 email on my pocket PC. 2003
second edition. I just want one freakin email address that syncs on both. I
have an Audiovox 6600 so I can send and recieve email from it from anywhere,
but I have to go from my Outlook Email on the pocket pc to my POP3 email on
my pocket pc to even send or recieve. Can I combine them and have it sync
just that one email addy?

The two are separate because Outlook treats each POP3 Inbox as
separate, much like IMAP - because it does not not delete e-mail from
the server when you download it to your device; the only time it
deletes e-mail from the server is when you delete it yourself from the
device. When you open Outlook and connect to your mail server, those
messages will come down into Outlook on your desktop.

There is no way to combine the two - they are completely separate for
the above reasons.
