The two are separate because Outlook treats each POP3 Inbox as
separate, much like IMAP - because it does not not delete e-mail from
the server when you download it to your device; the only time it
deletes e-mail from the server is when you delete it yourself from the
device. When you open Outlook and connect to your mail server, those
messages will come down into Outlook on your desktop.
There is no way to combine the two - they are completely separate for
the above reasons.
