Go to 'Control Panel|Mail|Show Profiles', create a new Outlook profile and
DO NOT add the Exchange Server service to it. Configure this profile with
your POP account settings and all should be well. After the new profile is
working correctly, you can delete the old profile containing the Exchange
Server service.
