outlook exchange - cant send, reply or forward

i can receive emails but the section to write message when forwarding,
eplying or sending new email is greyed out and i cant type?

any help??

If you are referring to Outlook Web Access under Internet Explorer 7, your
Microsoft Exchange Server needs to be patched for this to work:

I had the same issue.

I was told that it is not the problem with Vista but actually Internet
Explorer version 7... if you remove 7 and get the older 6 version that should
work.

alernatively you can download a diferent internet provider such as Netscape
(which is what I did)
