outlook express 2003

I use windows XP,IE 7. Most times when there is an embedded URL in the email
message, clicking on it does nothing and I am not able to reply to the
embedded address.Any ideas of why?

There ain't no Outlook Express 2003. There's Outlook 2003 and Outlook
Express: Which one is your default Mail Client?
