outlook express 6.0 will not open

when I try to open outlook express 6.0 I get "program files\outlook
express\msimn.exe is not a valid win 32 application". I am using windows 98.
I did a windows update, scan disk for errors, ran inbox repair tool, and
still on luck.

Since this is a Windows Update newsgroup, you should ask this in an Outlook
