Outlook Express 6 - Images in email not opening with XP SP2

After upgrading HomeEdition XP with SP2, images in email (Outlook Express) do
not open. All I see is a square with a red "X". Any suggestions.

Hi Jesse,

This also happened to me. All I did was go to the bottom part of the blue
border and I was able to drag it down to it's original size.
