Outlook Express Address book

I have 1 machine out of 30 that had the missing address book issue. I guess
the consensus is to uninstall patch 911567?
Will there be an updated hotfix for this issue?

No one knows. If 911567 is causing the problem, uninstall it and leave it
uninstalled.
