Outlook Express Crash

My outlook express crashed when running the compact. When I opened it up
again, the folder links were gone and some of the folders missing. When I
look on my hard drive, I can see the missing folders but I can't get them
back in OE. I've tried to copy the folders to another folder and import them
but the missing ones don't show up.

I've also tried deleting the folders.dbx file and reopened OE but the
missing folders still don't show.

In addition, my sent folder has lost all e-mails sent back to 2003.
