Outlook Express Crashing after update

Two days ago I updated Windows XP with 6 security updates, the Windows
malicious software removal tool, and the cumulative security update for
Explorer. After I restarted the computer, I was unable to open Outlook
Express. I receive this error: Outlook Express has encountered a problem and
needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

The error report says AppName: msimn.exe, AppVEr: 6.0.2900.2180, ModName:
version.dll, ModVer: 5.1.2600.2180, and Offset: 0000191c.

Is there something I can do to repair/fix this?
