I can't delete contents in Deleted Items folders, I select all then delete,
but nothing happens. I have the Vista Windows...did they change it to just
deleting one email at a time?

Do you happen to be running Norton Antivirus or McAfee Antivirus. We've
seen these symptoms quite a bit on systems running those AV programs.

Also, as opposed to Windows Mail, you might try Windows Live Mail which is
still in Beta. Many have resolved this type of issue by moving to Windows
Live Mail.

Judy, try disabling McAfee, if that doesn't resolve it, try uninstalling it,
rebooting and see if you can then delete the mails.

So, if I'm understanding you, these e-mails are stuck in Outlook? If that
is the case and the above doesn't resolve the issue, you might want to try
this question in the microsoft.public.outlook or outlook.general newsgroup.
