Outlook Express email

I cannot log on to Outlook Express. I am receiving an error message that
states my password is rejected from my server (0x800CCC90 and 0x800CCC92). I
know that my pw is correct. Also, I am able to send mail but not receive mail
on this computer though Outlook. I have to go through a backdoor to access my
incoming email.

Are you sure that the username is correct?
Have you tried it both with and without the '@' and what comes after it?
And is it all lower case?
