Outlook express failure

I have just installed these updates.
When I go into Outlook Express it says
"The address book failed to load. Outlook Express is incorrectly
configured, please reinstall."
When I try to open email it says
"There was an error opening this message."
Then
"An error has occurred."

I uninstalled the updates and all was well.
Except it keeps reinstalling the updates when I shut down.

How do I rid these demons!

removing kb911567 works. bastards.

I did the same as Mark - just uninstalled kb911567 from control panel - add
and remove programs. The problem is the wab32.dll is updated and is no longer
compatible with outlook express. You can restore wab32.dll manually but it is
a pain. I turned off automatic updates to stop the reinstalling of the faulty
fix. They SHOULD test more or at least read these threads, I am sure there
are many of us.
