when u try and open my outlook express it tells me its missing the MSOE.DLL
I have read though a tonne of previous questions liek this, but i still
can't fix it.
I tried looking for the folders.dbx, i tried re-addign the address book....
I don't have the windows 98 disk anymore because i got XP and chucked the
98, so I tried loading XP but none of my 98 info carried over. I REALLY
REALLY need to get into my email
I NEED HELP.

Shadi;
Since this is a Windows Update newsgroup, you should take this to an Outlook
Express newsgroup:
http://aumha.org/nntp.htm

Seeing as he has Outlook Express installed, it is most likely the program
that will try to open the newsgroup list you so kindly linked her to. His
problem is that Outlook Express will not work, so that was really no help at
all.

You could have given the link as well since you are using the CDO:
http://communities.microsoft.com/new...mscom&slcid=US
Look for:
windows.inetexplorer
Then down to your particular version.
