Outlook Express will not connect after KB912919

Does anyone know how I might be able to fix this? Version is Outlook Express
6... computer has had all security updates to date without problems until
Jan. 5, 2005 - KB912919 update. Any help is appreciated!

OS: WinXP Pro
CPU: 3.6 GHz Intel Pentium IV
RAM: 1 GB
HD: Duel 130 GB, RAID to 300GB
Video: NVIDIA G-Force 6800
Sound: Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS
Anit-Virus: Norton Internet Security 2005

There are many of us having this problem. You didn't say which Symantec
procedure worked for you - 1) reset a particular NIS rule (if so, which one?)
or 2) reset all of NIS's rules to default?
