Outlook express question

When I click on a link provided to me within an email, nothing happens. I
have Norton Anti virus. Does anyone know the reason what I am able to do to
resolve this problem?

For Bob and all others. I had Auto-update for XP, and XP Service Pack 2 was
downloaded to my computer. It messed up my Norton Anti-virus big time,
allowed Spam to get into my e-mail and blocked pictures and Attachments.If XP
Pack 2 was downloaded on your computer, and you have another Security Program
like Norton, Mcafee, etc. Go to add / remove in control panal and remove it.
Go to help and Support to get the info on how to get OE fixed. Then go buy
Norton "Go Back" like I did. haha Only do this if you have another Security
program on your computer. April
