Outlook express security update

I keep getting the message to update KB823353. I run Win XP home, Int Exp 6
and outlook express 6. this update wont install as it says I need outlook
express 6. I have it? Also other security updates for Int exp, 867801,
Q827667,Q837009 823980 say I need Int exp 6 SP1 which I have as win Xp has SP
1. I installed SP2 but it made the computer go haywire so I uninstalled and
went to an earlier system restore point. Why cant I install this updates?
