Outlook Express

My Outlook Express is slow at loading when I first put the computer on. When
it has been running a while it seems fine. I do not have MSN Messenger set
to come on at start uP. I have my mail settings to go directly to my inbox
and I do not have any contacts load at startup. Any suggestions?
