It's best to begin a new thread about *your* problem instead of
"piggybacking" onto someone else's thread, Carolina. The same thing did not
happen to you: Eric had *upgraded* to WinXP; You installed an Office
*Update* (apparently).
Now, as to your problem:
Windows version?
Do you now find MS Outlook as your default Mail Client or do you now find
Outlook Express "missing" from Start > Programs and/or your desktop
shortcuts?
What happens if you:
Start > Run > (type in) msimn.exe > OK ??
