Hi,
In Outlook 2002 you can set the amount of the message to download by
clicking on Tools - Send Receive Settings - Define Send Receive Groups.
There you can select the group including All. Then you can specify to
download the description only or download the attachments and limit the size
of the attachments that are downloaded on an account by account basis.
With this approach you can setup a group for e-mail that is used when you
are on the road with low speed access which only downloads the headers.
Also conversely you can use another group when you are in the office to
download all the e-mail.
