Outlook Mobile only downloads part of the message

I am quite sure that this is by design...Outlook downloads part of the
message in order to conserve space and reduce the transmission time.
Consequently, when you are reading a long message or message thread you see
the "Get the rest of this message ([bytes left])" link at the bottom of the
email. I have several folks that do not want to have to mark these messages
for retrieval at a later time and would much rather all email comes in fully
downloaded. How can I adjust this?

For POP and IMAP accounts, you can do that with the Tools | Options item in
the menu, select the account you want to change, step through wizard to the
last page and select Options. Step through the Options wizard to page 3
where there's a drop-down list of options for getting headers only or the
full messages and select full messages. Don't see a way to do that for
Outlook, though.

Hi,
In Outlook 2002 you can set the amount of the message to download by
clicking on Tools - Send Receive Settings - Define Send Receive Groups.
There you can select the group including All. Then you can specify to
download the description only or download the attachments and limit the size
of the attachments that are downloaded on an account by account basis.

With this approach you can setup a group for e-mail that is used when you
are on the road with low speed access which only downloads the headers.
Also conversely you can use another group when you are in the office to
download all the e-mail.

Sincerely,
