Outlook saves Msgs to Sent Items instead of Drafts folder

Hi,

I am using Vista Business on my new Sony VAIO Laptop, I was typing a message
on my Office 2003 > Outlook and saved it assuming it will be in the Drafts
folder instead it is in Sent Items Folder, but when I log in as Administrator
it is OK, I understand it is some security issue, All updates are Up2date,
Please advice,
