Outlook SMTP error after IE8 install

I have Vista Business, Outlook 2007 and just installed IE8. Since installing
IE8, I get error connecting to outgoing smtp server (comcast) to send email.
I can succesfully receive mail from incoming mail server. Is there some new
security/parameter etc. in IE8 internet options that is getting in my way?

Make sure your outgoing port for Comcast is set to Port 587
