Outlook update Junk filter

The latest update has had the opposite effect for me ... nothing looks like
junk, it all goes into my regular mail folder! I'd like to remove it & go
back to where I was but when I look at Add/Remove, it's blank, as tho I had
no programs installed at all!
I don't know when this happened.
Any ideas?
I'm, on a Dell xps gen2, Xp the latest, Office 2003
