outlook web access and write mails

I am using outlook web access, my operating system is vista ultimate. i can't
write new msg. the box for editing the msg is disabled?
any idea please?

I think there's an exchange patch that your IT dept needs to install...

The server needs to be patched, so speak to your systems administrator.

You receive an error message when you try to perform any editing tasks, or
you must click to enable the compose frame in Outlook Web Access (Exchange
Server needs a patch for Vista workstations) -
