over 2 months I cannot use messenger this SUCKS

In WLM connections it says (connected directly to net. messenger service) But
I still have an exclamation mark on the connection status. I can't conect to
my 1 contact witch is my brother. It says he is offline and telling him I am
offline. We are both signed in.
