Override feature scaling of vista

Hi,

According to technet
(http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/w.../aa940972.aspx) it is
possible to override the feature scaling of Vista, as long as you are logged
in as an administrator.

I am logged in as such and have not been able to find the setting where I
can do this. How does one do override the scaling feature?

I think that you can override it in the appliactions that depend on scaling
index, not in os per se

So how would I overrride it for aero?
