OWA problem

When i log on to an external server emaiil account via OWA in IE7, in the
message window all i get is a red X and am unable to type there...

Anybody know why? I have played with security, etc. and nothing seems to fix
this problem.

Any help would be appreciated!

The Exchange server needs an update. There is nothing you can do from your
end.
