I have Vista Business Premium pre-installed with the laptop that we
purchased. We also have Exchange Server 2000 on which our business emails are
run. Unfortunately, there seems to be an issue which does not allow users to
edit / reply / compose any email. There is "RED" cross (X) icon on the top
left corner of the message editing box.

I found that a patch needs to be installed on the Exchange Server, but
unfortunately, the patch works only on Exchange 2003 Server.

Do any of you have any workaround for this issue?
