Own contactpicture and Live space

Hello,
from the Messenger Live blog:
"Your display name follows you any place you sign into."

But I am surprised, this not include the picture in my Live space profile?

Or some ideas what could be wrong?
(The option for this is set in the messeger options)

The picture used in your profile isn't the display picture that roams
with you, it's whatever is set in Messenger. The two pictures are
completely different in terms of what they are.
