OX error

When I try to download this from microsoft it keeps giving me the message
failed to download. Is it all that important about the time change in another
country?

Trying to download "this" isn't very descriptive, but if you are
referring to the "Australian daylight saving time 2006 912475 update"
then the issue becomes how would this affect your life? Only you would
know the answer. :-?

This message occurs if the hidden $NtUninstallKB912475$ folder had been
deleted, because the update 913670 you are having trouble with attempts to
uninstall 912475.

You can search this newsgroup for the suggested fixes by searching for the
phrase 913670
