Thank you for your sarcastic response. I have tried everything with the
technical people and now I have turned to this newsgroup. My polite friend,
Unk, is now giving me a lesson in punctuation. I am a writer and an editor.
As a result, I do have nasty feelings for those who choose not to learn how
to write the lovely language we share. However, that was not my problem. I
simply would like some help.
