oxford english dictionary and windows vista

I've the OED 3.0 installed in a PC with Windows XP and it works fine. But
when I tried to install it in a notebook with Windows Vista it gives me an
error. Any idea of how to solve this problems without upgrading the soft?

It says that a file couldn't be opened: CdalMS.exe
