For PA Bear

I am continuing having the the return problem over SP3 update. I have tried
to find the way to remove it or stop it trying to load as it is not relevant
to my computer. I have gone to you reply to the group dated 8 November but
there are too many items to find the cure. Grateful for SIMPLY instructions
as given once before which guided step-by-step the actions needed in
registry entry to stop this one trying to load. I posted this question on 8
November but no help received.
