page size on my monitor is too large, so that lose 1 cm of text at edges of
screen. How can I make screen size smaller again?

Adjust the width setting of your screen. This is a hardware setting (not
Windows), so look it up in the screen's manual for how to do it, or on the
manufacturer's support site.
