Whenever I go to this web site http://www.wikisnaps.com/ I can only get the
top half of page. There are no scroll bars. When I view in compatibility
view it is the same. Help please

Press Ctrl and '+' (on keypad) once to increase zoom to 110 %. Scrollbars
then appear.
