Paint

In trying to use Paint in Windows Vista, the point of the tool is about 1/2
inch from the spot the line or other application appears on the screen. Has
anyone experienced this problem, and is there any way to align the tool with
the point of application? I tried changing the screen resolution, but
nothing changed in Paint.

Paint is unuseable. Search for Paint Dot Net and download that
instead.
