palm destop 6.2 and windows user account

i am using Palm desktop 6.2 on a vista machine with oulookk 2003.
from my adminstrator account i can sync my palm with outlook. but i can't do
it with my user account.
does anyone knows how to fix it?

probably because that software you use is designed to require administrator
rights...

Try : right-clicking the *.exe of the program, select the compatibility tab,
select Windows XP, select "run as Administrator", apply for all users the
same settings, and ok this , then try executing the manipulated program
again.

Should help in most cases.
