There are a lot of frustrated Windows XP users who are posting "cannot
download updates" comments here. Please check the thread entitled
"0x80200010" with, currently, 13 posts on it for more information. There is
a patch and/or software update (Platinum 2005) on the Panda website
(pandasoftware.com) that will solve this problem. In short, it's a Panda
problem!
