Parental Control Report Not Responding

I have 3 accounts on my Vista pc, mine, and one each for children. One child,
no problem viewing report; the other, every time I choose Websites Visited
link, Activity Viewer goes to "Not Responding." How can I reset, empty, start
from scratch without remaking the user account? He uses ITunes a lot, and
that would be nightmarish to have to set up again... Thanks for suggestions.

Create a new user and copy the old setting to it.
