Parental controls and vista

Hi,

I'm trying to set up vista parental controls, but it's blocking stuff I
don't want it to block. I mostly just want it to block pornography/mature
content, but I can't get youtube or myspace to work. I've added both of them
to the exceptions list, and the main page works, but when I try to watch a
video or play music, the video just hangs at the loading. What's the problem?
