I set up parental controls in Vista. I allowed my teenage son to use Youtube
and put it in the list of allowed websites. He is in to Power Rangers. He
is able to watch most PR videos but some appear to be blocked. The timer
just spins and never plays his selected video. I logged in under my name
(admin rights) and had no problem watching the same video. What could be
worong here?

youtube streams the videos from many servers because of the sheer bandwidth
needed for all its viewers
No one server in one location would be able to handle this, so what you are
seeing is the webpage from youtube
but the stream itself is coming from another server

Its not easy to locate where the stream is coming from.

I have the same problem. What are saying - that there is no way to allow
YouTube with Parental Controls on?
