I attempted to use the file and settings transfer wizard on an xp machine,
and it froze at 3%. So I tried a few more times before giving up on it
completly and it failed everytime at 3%. Now I have the problem of creating
a user profile on my vista, as the accounts the FAST program tried to create
only worked partially.

The three account names show up in the Activity viewer, but do NOT show up
in the add/delete user menu. When I try to create a new user with the same
name it says "the specified account name is not valid. because the name
cannot contain the characters /\?* etc. please chose a different name" The
name DOES NOT contain any of these characters, I beleieve it is just giving
me this error because it thinks that there is already a user account with
that name on th computer. So my question is, how do I manually delete, or
reset the user accounts so I can start from scratch without having think of
new names for my family members.
