Hello, I googled this but i havent found a definate answer yet so I was wondering if I would get any help from this forum.

I am having trouble partitioning the hard drive using the tool found on Vista called Disk Management. it says i have 0mb free to shrink when i have about 40gb left on my hard drive. can someone help me? i would greatly appreciate it.
