Partmgr.sys

i try to reinstall the window. but when i format the computer it stuck in 6%
and this "partmgr.sys" pop up say something wrong and couldn't format or
install new window.

i try to reboot in safe mod and when it load it stop and restart. thats the
reason i try to install new window.

any reason it won't format/install?

There is always a reason, but it is impossible to give the reason why since
you are not giving some needed detailed information, such as: how many
partitions are on your hard drive; are trying to set up ( which version of)
windows from cd rom:; are you trying to set up on the first partition ( C
drive) does the computers hard drive have a restore partition like dell hp
etc. have? Where other operating systems installed like for instance Linux,
Mac etc.?

Which format did you choose fat 32 or ntsf? Did you check the hard drive (
chkdsk /f ) on bad sectors before trying to install?
