pass control on photo swap

Do you have to pass control on photo swap for the other person to download photos? If that's the case it would explain a lot. I would appreciate your help. Thanks.

Greetings William,

I assume you mean the MSN Photo Swap activity. In that activity, you do need to pass control
for the other user to add pictures. There are also some instances where the 'Save' option
maybe grayed out -- is that what you mean?

Also there's also Photo Sharing built-in to Windows Live Messenger 2009 and doesn't have a
"take control" as both users have control of the session there.

The photo swap feature with the pass control is the one I'm talking about. Can the other save pictures I've posted without having control?

yes, I meant the photo swap feature. To rephrase, can the other person save pictures when I have control or do they have to wait until I pass control? thanks

To rephrase, can the other person save files before I pass control or can you only save files when in control?
