pass word log in with right dvorak keyboard

I use the right dvorak keyboard because I only have one hand. but the right
dvorak keyboard only works after log in . i foud this out in XP Pro x64 bit
it is the same in XP home also.
Vista is supposed to require a 7 digit password with # caps and regular
letters. Is there any way I can set up a loggin account that logs in
automaticly that is secure?
I have re labeled my keyboard and it is verry difficult to find regular
keyboard configurations after you have been using right dvorak for 10 or
more years
Vista is supposed to make handicapped using easy that appears to be a joke.
any ideas will be greatly appreciated .

There is no such login requirement in Vista - a complex password is not
required, in fact, you can set up an account with NO password and it will
automatically log in when Windows starts up.
