password list

I deactivated my password list by clicking on "no, and don't ask again" when
prompted to save a password to the password list. Now I can't save passwords
in Outlook associated with my e.mail accounts. Can anyone tell me how to
reactivate the password list feature? Please be kind, I am new to Windows
Vista!
