Yep, it is the mail account password that it is asking for. I should have
clarified it in my original post. However, is the bug with Outlook or with
Vista. This never happened with any of my XP installs. Isn't the password
manager part of Vista. Also, my email accounts inside of Outlook DO
maintain the password, but only after I turned OFF UAC!
